Budget document management: new rules
The book contains forms of primary accounting documents and accounting registers for all types of state and municipal institutions, as well as methodological guidelines for their application (including new ones that have been adopted recently). A detailed comment is given on the procedure for documenting operations. The publication was prepared on the basis of the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 52n dated 30.03.2015 (taking into account all changes and additions) using the GARANT system. The book can be used as a textbook in the study of accounting, and will also be useful to a wide range of readers — managers and accountants of state, municipal and autonomous institutions.
