Departure from the Russian Federation and entry into the Russian Federation are regulated by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, international treaties of the Russian Federation, this Federal Law, other federal laws, as well as decrees of the President of the Russian Federation adopted on the basis of these federal laws, resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation, (as amended by Federal Laws No. 7-FZ of 10.01.2003, No. 13.05.2008 65-FZ).
