The purpose of this book is the formation of professional knowledge necessary for active participation in information social processes; the development of professional competence in the field of information and computer technologies (hereinafter ICT) and methods of active learning and teaching; the acquisition of practical experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of the effectiveness of information and computer support and the application of methods of active learning and teaching in the higher education system education.
