Information security and information protection. Management models and methods

In the presented monograph, a systematic analysis of the problem of information security management is carried out, the features of problematization and goal-setting in the construction of an information security management system of an object are revealed. The need to create complex systems to ensure the information security of objects makes relevant research in the field of analysis and mathematical modeling of information security systems of subjects and objects of information relations. The author has developed theoretical and methodological foundations for the optimization of complex information protection, formulated the principles of modeling and presented a conceptual model of information security management of the object; justified the feasibility of using methods of operations research in the information security management system; identified the stages of solving the problem of information security management. The formulation of optimization problems in the information security management system has been carried out; possible areas of application of models and methods of management of the system of complex protection of objects of informatization are proposed. The approach to the formation of protection systems, which is based on mathematical and simulation modeling methods, as well as models, methods and algorithms of complex protection of informatization objects presented in the monograph, allow to ensure effective protection of subjects and objects of information relations, predict development and manage risks. It is intended for researchers, specialists in the field of designing systems for complex protection of objects of informatization and information protection, can be used as theoretical and methodological material in the system of higher education in the preparation of specialized specialists.
