The purpose of the scientific monograph is to determine the constitutional content of the ownership right of public entities to land in the Russian Federation, to identify the relationship between the concepts of national property and the ownership right of public entities to land in constitutional law, to consider the features of constitutional regulation of restrictions on land ownership in the interests of public entities both in the Russian Federation and abroad. The historical aspect of the constitutional regulation of the ownership rights of public entities to land and the status of such land owners as the state and municipalities became independent objects of research. The legislation is given as of May 2017. This work is intended for teachers, students, postgraduates of law schools, officials of state authorities and local self-government in the field of real estate management, as well as researchers and specialists in the field of state registration of land transactions.
