Osobennosti pravovogo regulirovaniya mikrofinansovoy deyatelnosti mikrofinansovih organizaciy
This monograph is the first comprehensive study of the legal regulation of microfinance organizations in Russian legal science. The paper examines the theoretical and practical foundations of state regulation and self-regulation of microfinance activities, assesses its compliance with foreign experience. The features of civil law relations with the participation of microfinance organizations are analyzed, including the practice of providing so-called payday loans is considered in detail. The monograph also examines legislative changes regarding the division of microfinance organizations into micro-credit and microfinance companies. The author explores the tasks set for legal science and practice in connection with these changes. This publication is intended for lawyers of microfinance organizations, employees of the Bank of Russia engaged in law enforcement in the field of microfinance, law students studying in the discipline "Banking Law", "Foreign Banking Law", graduate students, researchers and all persons interested in banking law. The regulations are used as of June 1, 2017, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
