Regulation of robotics: an Introduction to "robo Law". Legal aspects of the development of robotics and tech.
In 2018, as part of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation program, Dentons Law firm commissioned by the Skolkovo Foundation to conduct a comprehensive study of various aspects of the regulation of cyber-physical systems. This book has been prepared on the basis of this research. It is an updated and expanded version of the main results of this study. The book was made by the same team of authors under the guidance of PhD, head of the Research Center for Problems of Regulation of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (ANO "Robopravo), adviser to Dentons A.B. I don't know. The book identifies and discusses the main legal problems associated with the development of robotics and artificial intelligence technologies. Based on existing legal studies, regulations of different countries and doctrinal sources, it discusses a large layer of legal issues that arise in society in connection with the active development of robotics and artificial intelligence technologies — something that is increasingly referred to by the conditional name "robopravo".
