The first part of the book deals with spiral symmetries (vortices) in nature, art, mathematics, and physics. In the second part, the numerical octahedron is studied - the set {3n, 2"} (mod 10), in which the operation of p-multiplication is introduced, which turns it into a group isomorphic to the symmetry group of the square.
