V mire nauki i politiki. Izbrannye sochineniya. Tom 2
Two global directions of state and society activity - science and politics - almost always go hand in hand, but not always together. Their strategic interaction is determined by the scope of each of these factors, the importance of the content of the consensus product, its mass, quality and value. At the same time, the role of the planning factor increases in socialist production, while in capitalist production, objectively, a special place is given to the market factor. This conflict is not limited to the attempts of scientists and politicians to limit themselves to the use of previously tested methods and developments. In the context of the recognized situation of mutual relations between science and politics, intense struggles between scientists and practitioners, coordinated research in the inefficient use of material, technical, financial and human resources have appeared. Administrative factors often prevail. The author of the book proposes to search for new methods of implementation of this complex and controversial task, including the methods of dialectical and historical materialism, and to expand the scope of the application of the real experience of the USSR in solving the most important state and social problems. - economic and other tasks.
