How to return a product?

PACK THE PRODUCT CAREFULLY IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDED.

(Items sold in sets must be returned in sets)

FILL OUT THE APPLICATION

A return statement must be attached to the order.

ATTACH COPY OF CASH RECEIPT, SPECIFY METHOD OF REFUND.
(by postal transfer or bank transfer)

REASONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

  • Items in your cart can be exchanged or returned if your item meets certain criteria, including if in stock.

Products listed and delivered on TURBO Market but sold by another seller cannot be exchanged, but can be returned.

If the item being returned was not purchased through a promotion (excluding free shipping promotions), the item being returned does not incur a restocking fee, and the item being returned was purchased, you may exchange the item in the "Your Orders" section. using a credit or debit card and the Exchange Facility meets the other eligibility criteria listed below.

Change to another size or color

  • Clothing, sports goods, shoes, children's goods, jewelry and varying in size or color There are exchanges for watches.

The replacement element must meet the following criteria:

- The new product is a different size or color than the one returned.

Exchanging goods

You can exchange items to suit your orders.

If the item cannot be exchanged or you received the item as a gift, you must return the original
item and a new order.

To replace the product:

Go to Orders and

select

“Return or exchange of goods.”

Select the item you want to change and choose a reason from the menu.

If the item you are exchanging is less than your original purchase, we'll refund you the difference. If a new product if it is more expensive, we will charge you for the price difference.
