3. Can individuals become a seller on the marketplace?

Individuals can register on the platform and trade only when an individual purchases goods in the wholesale section of the platform and sells in the retail section. Individuals cannot conduct trading activities on the platform by selling goods in the retail section that are not purchased in the wholesale section of the marketplace itself.

4. What are the conditions for settlement with the marketplace?

Mutual settlements with the marketplace are made in accordance with the service agreement, which is reviewed and prepared on an individual basis. The seller, regardless of which part of the platform he belongs to (wholesale / retail), undertakes to pay the marketplace a fee deducted from each transaction / amount of goods sold. 5. Are the trading services of the marketplace paid and how do I apply for them?

Trading services are additional commercial services of the marketplace and are provided for a fee in accordance with the contract and cannot be included in the cost of remuneration paid by the seller to the marketplace. 6. What role does the marketplace play in concluding international agreements?

The marketplace acts as an intermediary in concluding purchase and sale agreements in the international B2B arena. 9. Blocking sellers / suppliers and goods by the marketplace?

The Marketplace, as the owner of the trading platform, has the right to block sellers/suppliers due to the inaccuracy of the company data entered by the seller/supplier. The Marketplace also has the right to block sellers/suppliers upon detection of suspicious activities that violate the rules for using the Marketplace. The Marketplace has the right to refuse to allow the seller/supplier's goods to pass through the moderation process by giving an explanation to the seller/supplier in his/her personal account or by notification via mail. The marketplace moderation system does not let through products of dubious origin and publications that violate the laws of the country.

10. Using the personal account of the seller?

The seller's personal account is a confidential page of the seller/supplier, where the seller/supplier fully monitors the activities of his online store on the territory of the electronic platform. Login and password are also confidential information, and the seller/supplier bears full responsibility when transferring this information to third parties. All actions performed on the seller's page by an authorized user, regardless of whether the seller himself or his authorized representative, are accepted by the marketplace as acceptable. < br />The seller/supplier is fully responsible for the safety of the login and password. In case of loss of data for authorization or suspicion that third parties took possession of the data without the knowledge of the seller/supplier, the data owners are obliged to immediately inform the marketplace about this incident. The seller/supplier is obliged to timely check notifications in the personal account and in the mail specified during registration on the site. All notifications are sent to your personal account and duplicated by mail. In cases where the seller/supplier missed the deadline for certain cases without checking their personal account and mail, the marketplace will act according to the protocol and count the answer in the manner prescribed in the terms of use of the marketplace.

11. Is it possible to simultaneously conduct activities in the wholesale and retail section?
